1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all accessories, manuals, and packaging.

  • A return request must be submitted within 14 days from the delivery date.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Returns due to change of mind may not be accepted for certain items such as batteries or electrical components.

Note: Custom orders, special-order items, and clearance items are not eligible for return.

Return shipping costs are the customerโ€™s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item).

3. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund depending on the situation.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refund method:

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

  • Refund processing time: 3โ€“10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product:

  • Exchanges depend on product availability,

  • Any price differences must be settled before we ship the replacement item.
