Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Large items such as golf carts may require 3–7 business days for preparation or freight booking.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship Australia-wide, including all major states and regional areas.
Some remote locations may require additional delivery time or incur extra freight charges.
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times:
Small Parts & Accessories: 3–10 business days
Large Freight (Golf Carts): 7–14 business days
Regional or rural areas: Additional 3–7 days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to freight delays, weather, or courier availability.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
Weight and size of your order
Your delivery location
Freight options selected
Large golf carts require special freight delivery, which will be quoted or automatically calculated during checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:
A shipping confirmation email
A tracking number (if available)
Courier name and link to track your item
Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update.
6. Delivery Conditions for Large Golf Carts
For safety and insurance reasons:
Large carts are delivered curbside only (not inside homes or garages).
A signature may be required upon delivery.
You must inspect your order before signing.
Report any visible damage immediately to the driver and to us within 24 hours.
Failure to report damage within the timeframe may affect eligibility for replacement or claims.
7. Incorrect Shipping Details
Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is correct.
If an incorrect address is provided:
Delivery may be delayed
Extra re-delivery or correction fees may apply
NSW Golf Carts is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect information
8. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order is delayed or lost in transit:
Contact us and we will open an investigation with the courier
Replacement or refund will be issued if the item is confirmed lost
We cannot refund orders until the courier completes their investigation
